1. How do I order products via the website?
You select products and add them to the shopping cart. When you add a product to the shopping cart, you will see this automatically. If you have a discount code, you can also add it to the shopping cart. To pay, click on “Continue to Checkout”. Here you enter the billing and delivery address and choose the payment method. If the delivery address is the same as the billing address, you can indicate this.
After all address details have been entered, the shipping costs will be shown. To pay you can choose between online payment (Ideal, Bancontact or Paypal).
Staff members of Universiteit Gent can choose to receive the products with an invoice (payment afterwards) by including a purchase order number during checkout.
2. I am not satisfied with a product, what do I do?
You contact Unigear via service@unigear.be. Unigear will handle your complaint and keep you informed.
3. What is the delivery time?
The availability of the products is visible in the Ghent University webshop. If the ordered product is in stock at Unigear, you will receive it within 48 hours of receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated on the product. For orders on invoice (only for employees of Universiteit Gent), the products will be shipped after receipt of the order.
4. Can I pick up the product somewhere else?
Your order in the online webshop is always sent to the specified delivery address.
A limited range of our items is available at the sales points at the Universiteit Gent counter Rectoraat (Sint Pietersnieuwstraat 25), the GUM - Gents Universiteitsmuseum (Karel Lodewijk Ledeganckstraat 35) and Student Centre (Sint Pietersnieuwstraat 51).
5. Can I order products with an extra print?
This is possible. If this is in combination with the Ghent University logo, we first coordinate this with Communications and Marketing department of Universiteit Gent. For more information, please contact service@unigear.be or call +32 (0)3 300 17 53 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
6. What are the washing instructions for Unigear clothing?
To keep the print beautiful, it is best to wash your clothing inside out at a temperature of no more than 40 degrees. Do not put the clothes in the dryer and do not iron over the print but on the inside. Avoid chemicals while cleaning your clothes.
7. I have a complicated order, can you help me?
