Change

You can exchange the received products for another product or for the purchase amount, within 7 days of purchase. The product must be in original condition when purchased. If you wish to exchange the product, we explicitly ask you to first contact Unigear via info@unigear.be. When returning, state the invoice number and the product you would like to receive in exchange.

After receipt of the return shipment, the new product will be delivered to you within 7 working days. The costs of the return are for the account of the customer. The costs of sending the new product are for Unigear.
