1. How do I order products via the website?

You can select products and add them to the shopping cart. When you add a product to the shopping cart, you will automatically see it. If you have a discount code, you can also add it to the shopping cart. To pay, click on “Proceed to Checkout”. Here you will need to enter the billing and delivery address and choose the payment method. If the delivery address is the same as the billing address, you can indicate this.

After all address details have been entered, the shipping costs will be shown. To pay you can choose between online payment (Bancontact or Paypal).

Staff members of Ghent University can choose to receive the products with invoice (payment afterwards).

2. I am dissatisfied with a product, what do I do?

You can contact Unigear via info@unigear.be. Unigear will handle your complaint and keep you informed.

3. What is the delivery time?

The availability of the products is visible in the Gift Shop. If the ordered product is in stock at Unigear, you will receive it within 48 hours after receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise with the product. For orders on invoice (only for employees of Ghent University), the products are sent after receipt of the order.

4. Can I pick up the product somewhere?

Your order in the online Gift Shop will always be sent to the specified delivery address.

A limited range of our articles is available at the sales points of the Ghent University Rectoraat (Sint Pietersnieuwstraat 25), Acco bookstore (Sint-Kwintensberg 87), and the GUM - Ghent University Museum (Karel Lodewijk Ledeganckstraat 35).

5. Can I order products with an extra print?

This is possible. When this is combined with the Ghent University logo, we first coordinate this with the Communication and Marketing Department of Ghent University. For more information, please contact info@unigear.be or call+ 32 (0)3 300 17 53 between 9 am and 5 pm.

6. What are the washing instructions for Unigear clothing?

To keep the print beautiful, it is best to wash your clothes inside out at a temperature of no more than 40 degrees. Do not put the clothes in the dryer and do not iron over the print but on the inside. Avoid chemicals when cleaning your clothes.

7. I have a complicated order, can you help me?
